Ordering & Personalisation

How does personalisation work?

It's simple. On each product page you'll find fields to enter your custom text, names, or upload your image. Once you've filled these in, add to cart and check out as normal. We handle the rest — your design goes straight to production.

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Yes — most products include a live preview so you can see exactly how your personalisation will look before you place the order. We recommend double-checking all names and text carefully, as personalised items cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We move quickly to get your order into production, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to amend anything, contact us immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Each product has a sizing guide on its page — we recommend checking it before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Once dispatched, delivery to the US typically takes 2–5 business days. Canadian orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Shipping to the US starts from $5.19 and to Canada from $9.39. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or your tracking hasn't updated in several days, please contact us at info@impriix.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Product Quality & Materials

Who makes your products?

We work with a small number of carefully vetted print partners who specialise in high-quality personalised merchandise. Our partners are chosen based on print quality, material standards, and reliability.

Will the print quality hold up after washing?

Yes. Our apparel uses modern printing techniques designed to last. We recommend washing inside-out on a cool cycle to keep prints looking their best for longer. Care instructions are included with every order.

Are your products safe and ethically sourced?

We take this seriously. Our print partners comply with standard safety certifications and responsible sourcing practices. We only list products we're comfortable putting the Impriix name on.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a personalised item?

Because each item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind on personalised products. Please review your order carefully before placing it — especially any custom text or names.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us immediately with a photo and your order number and we'll guide you accordingly.

I'm nervous about ordering from a store I don't know — is Impriix trustworthy?

Completely understandable — and we respect the question. Impriix is a real business run by real people who care about what we sell. We use secure, trusted payment processing, we protect your data, and we stand fully behind every order. If anything goes wrong, we're easy to reach and committed to fixing it. We'd rather lose money on an order than lose your trust.
