Shipping Information

At Impriix, every product is made to order just for you. This means there are two stages to getting your order to your door — production and shipping. We want to be upfront about both so you know exactly what to expect.

Where we ship to

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Production time

Because every item is personalised and printed specifically for your order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Most orders are produced and dispatched within this window, though during peak periods (holidays, seasonal events) it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience — good things take a little time.

Delivery times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Destination Estimated Delivery
United States 2–5 business days after dispatch
Canada 5–10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post depending on your location and the product ordered.

Split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be produced and shipped separately from different facilities. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking links for each shipment. You won't be charged extra for this.

Something went wrong with your delivery?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or your tracking hasn't updated in several days, please contact us at info@impriix.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Please also double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched.
